Maharashtra DM MCh Superspeciality Entrance Test 2014
Government of Maharashtra will be conducting the Superspeciality Entrance Examination - MH SSET 2014 for selection of candidates for admission to all DM and M.Ch Superspeciality Courses at the Medical Colleges / Institutions in the state of Maharashtra in the academic year 2014-2015
A candidate will be eligible for MH-SSET 2014 and for selection/admission to a course in Superspeciality if fulfills following conditions.
The candidate must be an Indian national.
Exam pattern
MH-SSET 2014 (Maharashtra Superspeciality Entrance Test) would give a fair chance to all eligible generalists to compete for the coveted seats. The entrance examination will have 150 multiple - choice questions (MCQs), each carrying 1 mark. Questions worth 100 marks will be asked from subjects included in the MBBS course. The remaining 50 marks worth questions will test your respective broad specialties (MD or MS).
The duration of MH-SSET 2014 will be 2.5 hours. The medium of exam will be English.
The answer paper will be scanned and data response generated will be assessed with the help of computer software to generate the marks and merit. The chances of error in this assessment system are nil. The admissions will be done on the basis of MERIT in MH-SSET 2014.
