Minimum qualification for admission to the M.Tech. shall be Bachelor?s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) or a Master?s degree in Science (M.Sc.) of a University recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Selection of candidates for admission to M.Tech. programme at a CI shall be (i) through a selection process formulated by the CI, (ii) by way of upgradation of students who have qualified for the PGDip of HBNI anytime within preceding six months of his/her applying for admission to the programme with a performance above a threshold specified by the Board of Studies in Engineering Sciences.
