Candidates should have M.E/M.Tech in the relevant branch of Engineering or Technology with 60 % marks or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale for general merit. For SC / ST / OBC candidates it is 55 % marks or CGPA of 6 on a 10 point scale). Or

Candidates should have B.E /B.Tech degree from reputed institutions in the relevant branch of Engineering or Technology with 75 % marks or CGPA of 8.0 on a 10 point scale for general merit for SC/ST/OBC candidates it is 55 % marks or CGPA of 6 on a 10 point scale with minimum 3 years experience in professional environment and/or publications in referred journal.
